CHALLENGE:
Launch and last chance emails that utilized the company's current design treatments.

Solution:

Email design that offered users a refreshed product launch experience, while remaining consistent with Tovala's current visual identity.

initial ideation:
With this project I started off with understanding which audience the email is going to, any issues or initiatives that have not worked in the past or should be avoided, as well as what the company wants to achieve through the design and messaging.

I needed to maintain the branding and styling of this type of email send and introduce a new and fresh module that is consistent with the newer design treatments the company has been utilizing.

 

That meant staying consistent with transitioning out a previously used serif font and exploring losing the confinement of photos, based on market research I conducted earlier that quarter.

Solutions:

After a round of iteration, I arrived at a solution that introduced a new module style to this email launch. This style has been tested across other brand assets and performed well, as well as performing well in the market. The final emails offered users a refreshed product launch experience, while remaining consistent with the company’s current visual identity.
